Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on every order

Every Mahjette order ships free within the United States. There's no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 8–14 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking shows it delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello@mahjette.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy.
