Welcome to Mahjette. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of mahjette.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors, finishes and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and handcrafted details may differ from piece to piece. If a product isn't as described, our Refund Policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the terms stated with the offer, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Mahjette name and logo, designs, text, graphics and photographs, belongs to Mahjette or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it's your own and give us permission to use it in connection with the Site and our marketing. We won't post content in your name without your permission.
